Aimee brings a diverse array of talents to our team. She is a licensed real estate agent, professional stager and also manages the financial operations of the company. Overseeing closed deals, back office processes/programs and managing our systems makes her an invaluable asset. 

Aimee doesn’t need to find ways to stay busy, as a mom to 5 awesome girls, but when she does have spare time she enjoys fashion, playing tennis or finding the time to go for a run.

Tom brings a wealth of diverse knowledge to his clients’ search for a home. He sees Niagara as an awesome opportunity to invest in the growth the region is experiencing. Priding himself on really listening and valuing what is important for his clientele, he feels it allows him to “create a successful story for his clients.”

Tom has a passion for drumming and hockey (the Toronto Maple Leafs of course), but also enjoys a round of golf when time permits. He and his beautiful wife have 3 awesome children.

Tim’s goal is to be known as someone who works with integrity to get the best results for his clients. He works hard each day to put his client’s needs first, and he prides himself on being honest, and negotiating aggressively on their behalf. He strives to make each client’s real estate experience as enjoyable and beneficial as possible.

In his spare time Tim loves to go camping with his family, and enjoys playing the bass. He is also a die-hard Montreal Canadiens fan, which doesn’t always bode well in our office.

Andrew considers it a privilege to guide clients through what can often be a stressful process for people. What began as an initial venture into real estate as an investor, quickly evolved into a career path passion. He loves nothing more than equipping and then seeing his clients win. Having lived and worked in Niagara all his life, Andrew is well-connected and understands the local real estate market.

Andrew values quality time with friends, and one of his favourite pastimes is live fire cooking on his Breeo grill. Andrew married his high school sweetheart and together they continue to live and raise their 4 kids in the beautiful Niagara Region

When Larry is enjoying some down time, you might find he and his wife, Nicole on the open road enjoying a motorcycle ride through Niagara’s countryside or on the slopes in the colder months. He has passion for his family, travelling and sailing and is most excited when making plans to combine all three! 

Nancy is our Transaction Co-ordinator and she also manages our main office. She sees all our real estate transactions through from start to finish, supporting the CFO and processing all those important details. She also facilitates connections through each department and keeps things running smoothly! 

Nancy and her husband have 3 adult children, and 2 grandchildren. Together they enjoy adventuring, whether that be exploring a new little town and finding a great restaurant, or pitching their tent in the middle of nowhere to savour a weekend away from the city.

Joseph brings energy and integrity to every conversation as an Inside Sales Associate. He’s passionate about helping people, whether that means answering questions, offering guidance, or finding creative solutions to make the real estate process easier. For him, the best part of the job is knowing clients feel supported and confident from start to finish.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys performing live music and recording new ideas at home. He has a love for philosophy and a good conversation, and he’s always up for talking about the big questions in life. A basketball fan and fitness enthusiast, he also enjoys cooking healthy meals, working out, and spending time outdoors. Whether it’s in music, conversation, or real estate, he believes in creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Laura has a true passion for real estate and keeping projects moving. Her career began in commercial real estate, grew through construction project management while becoming a licensed real estate agent, giving a well rounded perspective on every side of the industry. Laura thrives when things are in motion – planning, managing, and organizing, making sure every detail comes together smoothly. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a team bring a vision come to life and watching a project or a transaction cross the finish line.

Outside of work, Laura loves spending time with her husband and two children. Whether they are baking, cooking, or hosting family and friends, Laura’s house is always full where she loves throwing down a great meal and creating memories around the table. 

Jacob is our in-house photographer and videographer. He also works on graphic design, and coming up with innovative new ideas. He brings a creative eye to our team, and helps make the marketing of YHSGRE stand out above the rest!

Originally from St. Catharines, after living and travelling around the US, he has settled back in the Niagara Region with his wife and family. Jacob loves being outside, doing anything really – but especially hunting, fishing, hiking and wakeboarding.

Jessica is friendly and personable, and she has a passion and love for ALL things organizational and administration focused. Jessica has always loved real estate, especially home style and design and is excited as she keeps growing and learning in the industry!

Her goal is simple: to be excellent in everything she does. Kimberlee lives in Beamsville with her husband and their two children.
