"We had the opportunity to work with Tim Goodwin at the Augustine Team during the search of our new home. He was a pleasure to work with and helped us find a lease that worked for us when we had no idea what we were looking for to begin with. He was super supportive and communicative through the whole process and made everything easy for us. Definitely appreciate all his hard work and help. Would’ve have been able to do it without him, we recommend doing business with him. Thank you so much Tim!"

"We recently sold a home with Andrew Hildebrand from the Augustine Team. Andrew met with my wife and me to discuss our needs in advance and helped us work through a plan to get the home on the market. He had a strong knowledge of the market and provided a clear strategy to market and sell the home. I was impressed with his communication throughout the entire process; from the first meeting until the final sale. He kept in constant communication via phone, text, or video messages. He advocated strongly on our behalf in the negotiations. The pictures and virtual staging helped the home showcase its best features. I would recommend Andrew and the team here. You won’t regret your decision to give Andrew a call and let him lead you through this process."

"My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Tom Lang. As not only first time home buyers but also young home buyers this was a completly new process for us. However, from the start, Tom was exceptional. He made us feel comfortable and was able to help us approach topics and questions in ways we were able to better understand. He never left us waiting and was always able to accomodate our schedules. Tom is both an amazing agent and human being, with him we did not feel like just another client. Thankfully we were able to find our home within just a few weeks of working with him but we knew he would be with us until we found the one. Not enough good things can be said regarding Tom and the entire Augustine team. When the time comes for our next purchase, without hesitation we will return to Tom. You will not regret your choice in working with him."

"Truly the best buying/selling experience we’ve had! We have worked with a couple other realtors and the level of excellence that Steve and his team delivered can’t be matched! Throughout our selling experience I felt as though every choice we made with Steve was intentional. He was honest, kind, thorough and so professional. He fought for us! When buying our new house and viewing so many, we always felt looked after. The team was very attentive and Steve and Tom made the experience enjoyable instead of tasking. I would recommend the Steve Augustine team to everyone, hands down!"

"Steve and his whole team are so skilled and professional in their work. When Steve sold our home, he put us at ease from the outset. He gave us an overview of his sales process and then talked us through what we needed to do to get our home ready. Our home was beautifully staged and photographed - and it never looked better! As a result, we had over 30 showings in less than two days and our house sold for well-beyond our asking price. When we purchased our new home, we benefited from Tom's expertise in making the right offer, without any haggling or frustration. We could not have asked for a better home buying and home selling experience. Thanks guys!"
