Throughout the entire time we were looking for a home our needs or wants were constantly evolving as we saw different properties. Steve was very instrumental in helping us determine exactly what we wanted and were looking for. Because of our long distance travel he also graciously offered to go and review some properties and video tour them live for us to avoid the 5 hour round trip. This was very useful as it helped us avoid the long travel time to discover if a house wasn't what we were looking for. Steve has a real knowledge of his business and doesn't just want to sell you a house but wants to sell you the “right house” for you. That was evident when he would almost talk us out of certain houses stating that we just have to be patient and the right house will come along... which it did.
