"We recently sold a home with Andrew Hildebrand from the Augustine Team. Andrew met with my wife and me to discuss our needs in advance and helped us work through a plan to get the home on the market. He had a strong knowledge of the market and provided a clear strategy to market and sell the home. I was impressed with his communication throughout the entire process; from the first meeting until the final sale. He kept in constant communication via phone, text, or video messages. He advocated strongly on our behalf in the negotiations. The pictures and virtual staging helped the home showcase its best features. I would recommend Andrew and the team here. You won’t regret your decision to give Andrew a call and let him lead you through this process."
